This Middle School Teacher Started a Girl Empowerment Club That Now Has Over 50 Members

An inspiring seventh grade teacher and shero is working to spread the message of empowerment through a daily course she’s teaching called “Real Girls Stand Strong.” Rosalind Koop’s class now has grown to around 50 students, all inspired to make a difference.

Throughout the year, Koop’s class will do different projects focused on empowerment. From covering the mirrors in the bathroom with positive messages to planning to host an International Natural Day in February, Koop is filling her class with positive curriculum often not taught in schools.
