I just got my first period yesterday and today it was very light. Will tomorrow be heavier?

The answer is this: definitely maybe. A girl’s period can be very light, very heavy, or alternate between the two. There really is no “right” way. Over time, your period will likely be heavier during the first couple of days and then will lighten up towards the end. But remember, your body doesn’t read an instruction manual, so this pattern may not happen for quite a while.
